Edamame beans are immature green soybeans used as a protein-rich snack in Japan, Korea, and Hawaii. How to Cook:
- Boil a pot of water.
- Add salt. (optional)
- Add bean pasta to boiling water and cook for 4-5minutes.
- Strain pasta from water and mix your al dente bean pasta with your choice of sauce.
This bean pasta is very flexible. It can also be used for noodle soup and stir-fry recipes.
