Easy, tasty, savory meal idea—Skinny Orange Ginger Chicken.Ingredients:1 tbsp olive oil200g chicken breast fillet1/2 cup orange marmalade, preferably sugar-free3 tbsp 7Grains Skinny Seasoning2 garlic cloves, minced1 tsp sesame oilCooking Procedure:1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken breast fillets and cook for 6 minutes on each side or until done.2. Add orange marmalade, 7 Grains Skinny Seasoning, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Mix and cook everything for 2 more minutes or until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and serve.3. Serve with brown rice and steamed broccoli.
